I am writing this letter in order to draw attention to- and offer applause for- one of your employees, Esther M, with whom our family has had the pleasure to deal with.

Esther is the best there is; she is a remarkably competent professional, an attentive and patient caregiver, a wise and witty woman, and we, as a family have been delighted with her work.

Esther's manner, ability to deal with a crisis, and absolute understanding of the needs of my elderly and ill father are exemplary. She is never overbearing or disgruntled; she welcomes conversation and questions from my brother and I, as well as from my father himself.

So pleased and reassured have I been by her style and her intelligently informed knowledge of the care my father needs, I have been able to tell other colleagues and friends about the good work your organization provides. If Esther is any indication of the quality of your other caregivers, then you have the best there is.
