Benefits
Patients receive care from competent, credentialed personnel. Patients can have a sense of security and peace of mind about the staff we assign to care for them.
HHAs assigned to patients have a margin of competence and experience not generally found in HHAs from other agencies.
Provision of benefits ensures the availability of a large reserve of loyal, experienced HHAs. Partners has very high HHA retention rate. With more than 5400 HHAs, a significant percentage employed over ten years, Partners has the capacity to meet special needs.
Timely communication among patient, nurse, physician, HHA and Partners in Care supervisors ensures care is safe and responsive to patient needs.
Clients and their family members have peace of mind in knowing a capable replacement HHA will be available in case of emergency.
When care needs change requiring the services of a certified agency, clients can retain the HHA assigned to them and have the option of adding supplemental hours with the same staff.
