Quick and safe discharge

Our size and experience enable us to accommodate most client requests quickly and safely. A clinical manager with nursing experience reviews every client profile and provides guidance and direction to the aide. For clients who will be receiving services for more that three days, a field nurse also provides ongoing oversight.

Partners in Care client-service personnel listen to what is needed, assess the situation, help everyone involved understand our services and their costs and more critically match the client with a team of compatible aides. To achieve the best possible care for our clients, we will work with you and other professionals as needed.
