How much you pay for home care depends on the type of services you require and how often you need them. Home care is often significantly less costly than care provided by residential facilities. If your Plan of Care specifies long-term care, here you can see how New York City compares to the national average.
These services are performed by home health aides and include one-on-one assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry, as well as reminders to take medication.

Because Partners in Care creates a Plan of Care for each individual based on medical and personal needs, it’s difficult to give specific costs for all the services each client receives. Assistance with activities of daily living and companionship for 8 hours a day, five days a week from Partners in Care will cost approximately $38,500 for a year.
