Our People

Partners in Care certified home health aides and private-duty nurses are experienced, compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive to the people in their care. Every one of our aides has completed a comprehensive training program and is equipped with the latest information—and technology. You can also be confident that your aide has been carefully screened to ensure safety and compatibility, and to match your medical needs. And if your medical condition changes, we will work with you to be sure you have the right care. We are licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accredited by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program), an independent non-profit accrediting body.

A Nurse or an Aide?

How do you know whether you need a nurse or a home health aide? The answer depends on your medical needs. If you aren’t sure, let our client services representatives guide you and explain the difference—or your nurse supervisor will make a recommendation for you.

Importance of Compatibility

Are you concerned about how well you or your loved one will get along with your caregiver? At Partners in Care, we understand how important compatibility is when you’re letting someone into your home—and your life. And we go the extra mile to ensure you’re comfortable.

Quality Professionals

Meeting your medical needs is only part of the home care equation. You need to be confident that your caregiver is trustworthy, compassionate and reliable—and fits your specific needs. With Partners in Care, you can be sure you or your loved one is receiving the best care possible.
