Skilled Nursing

Partners in Care provides highly skilled nurses to deliver a broad range of private-care services, from administering medications and treatments to providing post-operative individualized nursing services at home and in the community. Licensed practical nurses and registered nurses are available, and our team of Partners in Care client service supervisors can help you determine who best suits your needs.

Our private-pay skilled nursing care includes:

• Administering medications and treatments, including pre-pouring medications so they can be taken according to schedule
• Immunization services, including flu shots
• Fertility injections
• Round-the-clock nursing care following an operation, whether you are in the hospital (with approval from the hospital administration), in a skilled nursing facility, or at home
• Skilled assessments, such as home safety and nursing home eligibility (including PRI Assessments)
• Other nursing assessments
